We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with expertise in ERP systems to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring ERP solutions align with organizational goals. This role involves analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering insights to optimize operations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering:

  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions with stakeholders to capture business needs.
  • Document functional and technical requirements for ERP modules.

System Analysis & Design:

  • Analyze current ERP processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with developers and vendors to design and configure ERP solutions.

Implementation & Testing:

  • Support ERP implementation projects, including configuration, data migration, and integration.
  • Conduct and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system changes.

Training & Support:

  • Develop training materials and deliver sessions for end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot ERP-related issues.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Monitor ERP performance and user feedback to identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Stay updated on ERP trends and recommend upgrades or new functionalities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/ Masters degree in
    Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
    .
  • 1-2 years
    of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP environments.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g.,
    SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics
    ).
  • Experience with
    Agile or Waterfall
    project methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of ERP modules (
    Finance, Inventory, Sales & Distribution
    ).

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative and adaptable to changing business needs.

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Experience: 1+ years in ERP domain

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
