Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage client engagements in
    technical accounting, financial reporting (Ind-AS/IFRS), and accounting change projects
    .
  • Advise clients on complex accounting matters including
    business combinations, consolidations, revenue recognition, lease accounting, financial instruments, ESOPs, and impairment testing
    .
  • Support clients in
    IPO readiness, carve-outs, restatements, and accounting policy development
    .
  • Prepare and review
    financial statements
    as per Ind-AS/IFRS.
  • Drive discussions with senior stakeholders to provide accounting insights and practical recommendations.
  • Contribute to
    thought leadership, technical updates, and internal knowledge sharing
    within the practice.
  • Manage teams, provide coaching/mentorship, and ensure timely high-quality deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)
    or equivalent qualification.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in
    accounting advisory, technical accounting, and financial reporting
    .
  • Strong working knowledge of
    Ind-AS/IFRS and Indian regulatory environment
    .
  • Prior consulting / Big 4 or Big 6 firm experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
