Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, coordinating property transactions, client interactions, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. They will oversee price negotiations, handle administrative tasks, and provide end-to-end solutions to clients. The role requires close collaboration with the team to meet client requirements and guarantee the best pricing.
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate transactions, property management, and negotiations
- Strong administrative and documentation skills
- Knowledge of market trends and government regulations
- Excellent communication and client interaction skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the Mumbai real estate market is a plus
