Job Role - Assistant Lab Director

Working Day - 5.5 days (Monday to Friday with 2 alternate Saturday)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pathologist / Microbiologist to join our diagnostic team. The role includes both clinical responsibilities within the laboratory and administrative functions that can be managed remotely. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of accuracy, reliability, and compliance in laboratory testing while contributing to the smooth functioning of administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct and supervise diagnostic tests in line with established protocols.

Oversee the use, calibration, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.

Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Prepare, validate, and review laboratory reports with precision.

Support clinicians and technical staff in diagnostic decision-making.

Manage administrative functions remotely, including documentation, compliance reporting, data review, and coordination with management.

Participate in structured training and stay updated with evolving diagnostic practices.

Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Requirements

MD in Pathology or Microbiology.

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a diagnostic/laboratory setup.

Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment, diagnostic techniques, and quality processes.

Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and remote administrative coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,000,000.00 per month
