We are hiring for a growing firm operating in the Law Firm and Staffing industry, providing professional services to clients across the US. We are looking for a Telecaller with US calling experience to join our dynamic team immediately.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to US clients and prospects.
  • Handle inbound queries professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.

Requirements:

  • Prior US calling experience is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).
  • Ability to handle client conversations with professionalism.
  • Available to join immediately.
  • US Call center experience is preferred

Please note, this role will be remote for the first 3 months. After that, it will transition to an onsite position based in Mohali.
