Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller cum Visa Counselor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counseling students and clients on visa and study abroad opportunities, and assisting them throughout the application process. This role requires excellent communication, convincing skills, and a strong understanding of international education and migration procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Telecalling Duties:

  • Make outbound calls to potential leads, students, and clients regarding study abroad and visa services.
  • Handle inbound queries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a database of inquiries, follow up regularly, and convert leads into admissions/visa applications.
  • Explain company services, policies, and benefits to prospective clients.

Visa Counseling Duties:

  • Counsel students/clients regarding study abroad options, migration processes, and visa categories (Australia, Canada, UK, USA, New Zealand, etc.).
  • Assess eligibility, provide accurate information, and guide clients on documentation and application requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of admission applications, visa forms, and supporting documents.
  • Stay updated with latest immigration rules, embassy updates, and education policies.
  • Work closely with the admissions and operations team to ensure smooth processing of applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred in any stream).
  • Previous experience in telecalling, counseling, or the education/migration industry is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & local language proficiency required).
  • Strong convincing ability and client-handling skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email handling).
  • Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and professional work ethic.
