Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Consumer Marketing Manager with 5-7 years of experience to lead and execute brand and consumer engagement strategies across channels. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of consumer behavior, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of delivering ROI-driven marketing campaigns. This role will focus on driving brand awareness, market share, and consumer loyalty through data-driven and insight-led initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Positioning:Develop and execute annual brand marketing plans aligned with business objectives. Drive positioning, messaging, and brand narrative that resonates with target consumers. Consumer Insights & Market Research:Leverage consumer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence to shape strategy.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to assess brand health and campaign effectiveness. Campaign Development & Execution:Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, ATL, BTL, and influencer channels. Collaborate with creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Digital & Performance Marketing:Work closely with the digital marketing team to optimize customer acquisition and engagement strategies. Monitor performance metrics (CAC, ROI, engagement, conversion rates) and optimize campaigns. Cross-functional Collaboration:Liaise with product, sales, and customer experience teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies.
Partner with trade marketing and e-commerce teams to align offline and online brand efforts. Budget Management:Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure maximum ROI on spends. Track expenditures and report on campaign performance and return on investment.
Key Requirements:Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.5–7 years of experience in consumer marketing. Strong understanding of integrated marketing communications and digital media. Proficiency in using tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, Nielsen, Kantar, etc.
Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven mindset with a creative flair. Preferred Qualifications:Experience launching and managing brands in a competitive landscape.
Familiarity with CRM tools, loyalty programs, and customer lifecycle marketing. MBA in Marketing or equivalent from a reputed institution is a plus. Candidates willing to travel to Worli and
