Hiring for **:Manager/Sr.Manager - SCM Excellence**

**Reports To: Head - Supply Chain**

Position Purpose: Responsible for overall strategy and implementation of

SCM processes, technology, automation, reporting and

communication for the group.

**Key Result Areas**:

- To strengthen and implement SCM Processes.
- To develop and implement technology and automation for SCM nationally.
- To drive and streamline P2P process from SCM point of view and collaborate

with finance teams to ensure smooth process.
- Setup MIS and database structures for various verticals in SCM including

consumables, alliances, distribution, and Capex procurement.
- Standardize and document SOPs for approvals, ordering and supplier

management across group for all supply chain purchases.
- Post implementation of SOP’s, set a standard auditing operating procedure

across the supply chain ecosystem and leverage technology to monitor the same.
- Build market intelligence systems to understand price movements, supplier

margins, and help in planning effective hedging strategies based on market price

movements.
- Lead automation projects within the function and leverage technology to build

efficiencies and reduce direct and indirect hidden costs throughout the system.
- Drive operational excellence and best practices to improve purchasing and other

costs. - Build a group buying platform that can grow into a profit centre business

model for the restaurant industry using scale of existing purchases and

technology.

**Key Competencies**:
 A bachelor’s degree + MBA (formal specialisation in SCM preferred)

 **15+ years of SCM experience**

** Successful track record in Senior Management team in QSR/Food Retail, FMCG**

Technology led logistics organizations of comparable size.

 Strong track record of innovation & technology implementation in SCM.

 Strong Business and Financial acumen with capability to manage various internal

external stakeholders at an adequate level

 Analytical skills, Influential communication skills, interpersonal skills

 Time management and teamwork skills

 Commitment to continuous improvement and best practice

 Strong customer focus
