Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP MDG implementations, rollouts, and enhancements
  • Design and configure MDG for Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, and Material domains
  • Configure MDG data models, UI modeling, validations, derivations, and business rules
  • Design and manage MDG workflows using BRF+ / PPF
  • Work on Data Replication Framework (DRF) for SAP and non-SAP integrations
  • Handle data quality, data cleansing, data consistency, and governance processes
  • Collaborate with functional, technical, and business teams
  • Support UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-production support
  • Prepare functional and technical documentation
  • Mentor junior consultants and lead client discussions

Required Skills & Experience

  • 12+ years of SAP/IT experience with 78+ years of strong hands-on SAP MDG experience
  • Strong experience in SAP MDG configuration and customization
  • Expertise in MDG domains: BP, Customer, Vendor, Material (Finance – good to have)
  • Hands-on experience with MDG workflows, BRF+, and DRF
  • Experience working on SAP ECC and S/4HANA MDG systems
  • Basic knowledge of ABAP debugging and enhancements
  • Strong understanding of data governance and master data processes
  • Client-facing and stakeholder management experience
