Key Responsibilities: Sales:
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, channel partners, and other offline sources.
- Conduct cold calling, door-to-door visits, and area mapping to identify potential customers.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans to prospective buyers.
- Organize and conduct site visits for clients and follow up regularly for closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Marketing:
- Participate in local marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions to promote residential projects.
- Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional material in targeted areas.
- Coordinate with digital and offline marketing teams to align on promotions and branding activities.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer trends.
Reporting:
- Maintain daily activity reports and update CRM or lead tracker tools.
- Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager regarding pipeline, feedback, and performance.
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication in Telugu, English & Hindi
- Strong Negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the city.
- Target-oriented with a go-getter attitude.
- Familiarity with local real estate market and customer preferences.
- Two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
