Role Overview

We're looking for a highly motivated and
adaptive
designer to join our growing creative team. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded professional with a talent for conceptualising and executing cutting-edge visuals for a diverse range of clients. You'll play a key role in developing high-impact creatives for our
PPC and email marketing
campaigns, ensuring
brand consistency
across all touch points. We value individuals who are proactive, curious about new trends, and can bring
innovative ideas
to the table. Experience with
AI-powered tools
and a background in designing for international markets are a must.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-converting visuals for PPC and email marketing campaigns.
  • Create innovative landing pages, websites, and UI components that align with brand and marketing objectives.
  • Understand and interpret a brand's tone, positioning, and requirements to create on-brand visuals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to deliver cohesive design solutions.
  • Maintain a high standard of creativity and brand consistency across all projects.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional creativity
    and a track record of innovative design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
  • Demonstrated experience in PPC and email marketing design.
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, and
    colour theory
    .
  • Proficiency with
    AI design tools
    and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Prior experience working with
    international clients and markets
    .
  • Excellent verbal and written
    communication skills in English
    .
  • A highly
    adaptive
    and problem-solving mindset.
  • Understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads creative policies to ensure smooth ad approvals (Bonus).
