Position: Air Export Documentation Executive

Location : Mumbai, Vileparle (East)

Requirements:

· Handling Air Export documentation for freehand and nomination

· Ensure to prepare the Draft AWB accurately and share the same to customer for approval. Communicate with Shipper for fast approval of the AWB.

· Submitting ASI data with Airline for releasing carting & gate pass on timely manner.

· Ensure to talk with operation boys, transporters & shipper for smooth clearance.

· Ensure to send clear & correct shipment related documents along with handover set of the Airline for destination clearance based on Shipper instructions.
