Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive, located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical support and product information to clients, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management
  • Technical knowledge of industrial motors, gearboxes, and AC drives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing customer relationships
  • Ability to prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and achieve sales targets
  • Market research skills to identify industry trends and growth opportunities
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software
  • Prior experience in industrial sales or the engineering sector is a plus
