Job Summary:

The Junior Executive –  Accounts will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks, managing card expenses, monitoring banking transactions, handling payments and accounts receivables, and preparing monthly MIS reports for USA and UK marketplaces. The role demands attention to detail, sound accounting knowledge and proficiency in English communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Record and monitor all banking transactions in QuickBooks.

  2. Record and track card expenses in QuickBooks.

  3. Manage and monitor payments and accounts receivables (AR).

  4. Oversee and monitor USA & UK marketplace accounts.

  5. Prepare and submit monthly MIS reports for USA and UK operations.

  6. Regularly check and manage TBG Accounts email for transaction updates and communication.

Candidate Requirements:

  1. Education: Graduate (B.Com or equivalent)

  2. Experience: Fresher or up to 2 years of relevant experience

Technical Skills:

  1. Strong understanding of accounting principles

  2. Proficiency in QuickBooks or other ERP/accounting software

3.  Good knowledge of MS Excel

Other Skills:

  1. Good communication skills (English proficiency required)

  2. Basic understanding of Indian Taxation (TDS, GST)

  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  4. Professional and disciplined work approach
