About the Role

We are seeking a talented female Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture to join our telecom solutions team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge telecom applications while promoting gender diversity in technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices
  • Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend and third-party systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (architects, business analysts, QA) to design robust telecom-grade solutions.
  • Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Implement best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
  • Work with DevOps teams for CI/CD and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proficient in Java (8/11/17) and Spring Boot.
  • Solid experience in Microservices development and REST API design.
  • Experience with Spring Cloud, Eureka, Feign, and API Gateway components.
  • Strong understanding of telecom domain concepts (OSS/BSS, mediation, inventory, or provisioning).
  • Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ).
  • Good knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and cloud services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
