We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Back End Developer to drive the day-to-day development and delivery of multiple fast-growing products/projects. This role will be taking ownership of product/project development, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution of technical solutions.

The ideal candidate is a startup mindset ,proactive, quick learner with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to act as the go-to person for distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end product development, overseeing technical design, implementation, and delivery of scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate vision into actionable technical plans, and align execution with strategic goals.
  • Manage and mentor teams of front-end and back-end engineers across multiple projects and locations.
  • Plan, prioritise, and deliver product modules on time, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Drive data handling, analytics, and optimisation to support product performance and business objectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and project success.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for distributed teams, fostering clear communication and accountability.

Key Technical Skills:

  • Languages/Frameworks: TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, , Python, GoLang, React, FastAPI, Express, ORMS, Elastic
  • Databases: PostgreSQL/MySQL , Redis, and other in-memory databases. Write complex data extraction queries
  • DevOps: CI/CD pipelines (Microsoft DevOps).
  • Strong understanding of scalable system architecture and data analytics.

Key Soft Skills:

  • Proven hands-on experience in leading technical teams and delivering complex projects.
  • Exceptional ability to gather and translate stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of planning and delivering modules on time.
  • Comfortable working with distributed teams across multiple cities and time zones.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to align vision with execution.
  • Proactive, go-setter mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Great team player but should not hesitate to take on an IC role as needed
  • Lead by example on best practices and implementation
