Position : Product Operations Manager

Department : Product

Job Description :-

Collaborate with product managers and leadership to understand the product's

strategic objectives and ensure all operational efforts align with these goals.

Identify and implement process improvements in product development, delivery, and

ongoing management to increase efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.

Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product-related

operations.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and

customer support, to facilitate smooth product development and delivery. Ensure

effective communication and collaboration among teams to avoid silos and delays.

Use project management tools and methodologies to maintain visibility and

accountability.

Gather and analyse data related to product performance, customer feedback, and

operational metrics.

Generate regular reports to provide insights and recommendations for improvements.

Identify potential risks or issues related to product operations and develop strategies

to mitigate them.

Ensure compliance with company policies.

Manage relationships with third-party vendors, suppliers, and partners involved in

product operations.

Evaluate Dealer/OEM performance and negotiate contracts when necessary.

Maintain a customer-centric approach by understanding customer needs, feedback,

and issues related to the product.

Advocate for customer satisfaction and lead efforts to address customer concerns.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business/Operations Management, or a related

field. Master's degree is a plus.
