Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned
Technical Architect / Technical Lead
with strong expertise in
Golang, AWS, and Database Design
to define scalable backend architecture, lead engineering teams, and drive modernization initiatives. This role blends
hands-on development
with
strategic leadership
, ensuring secure, high-performing, and future-ready systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Backend Architecture & Development:
    Design and lead backend systems using Golang, microservices, and distributed systems.
  • Database Leadership:
    Own schema design, modeling, and performance optimization across SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Cloud Solutions:
    Architect and implement scalable AWS solutions (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, IAM).
  • System Modernization:
    Review existing systems, propose modernization strategies, and ensure long-term scalability.
  • Leadership & Mentorship:
    Provide technical governance, review code, enforce best practices, and mentor developers.
  • Collaboration:
    Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
  • Production Support:
    Troubleshoot live issues, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Golang
    .
  • Expertise in
    Database Design
    (MySQL, PostgreSQL, NoSQL).
  • Extensive AWS experience (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, IAM).
  • Solid knowledge of
    microservices
    and
    distributed systems
    .
  • Experience with
    Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    security and cloud best practices
    .

Compensation & Payroll

  • Technical Lead (7+ years):
  • Up to
    1.50 LPM (including TDS)
    for the first 6 months on
    Beeu Payroll
    .
  • After 6 months, CTC can be up to
    30 LPA
    on
    Kumaran direct payroll
    .
  • Technical Architect (9+ years):
  • Up to
    1.70 LPM (including TDS)
    for the first 6 months on
    Beeu Payroll
    .
  • After 6 months, CTC can be up to
    36 LPA
    on
    Kumaran direct payroll
    .

Work Arrangement

  • Month 1:
    Mandatory Work From Office in Chennai.
  • Post Month 1:
    Remote work flexibility.
