Job Summary

As a Lead Developer you will be responsible for designing developing and implementing high-quality software solutions using GoLang. You will work in a hybrid model collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that align with business objectives. Your role will involve leading technical discussions ensuring code quality and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of scalable software applications using GoLang to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Oversee the implementation of best practices in coding testing and deployment to maintain high-quality standards.

  • Ensure timely delivery of software solutions by effectively managing project timelines and resources.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for software applications ensuring easy access for future reference.
  • Participate in technical discussions and decision-making processes to drive project success.
  • Ensure seamless integration of software solutions with existing systems and platforms.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong proficiency in GoLang with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
  • Show experience in leading technical discussions and providing mentorship to junior developers.
  • Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and in-office work effectively.
