Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager at InsureKraft, located in New Delhi. The Manager will oversee daily operations, lead a team of insurance brokers, develop and implement strategies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities also include managing client relationships, conducting market research, and negotiating terms with insurance providers.

Qualifications

  • Leadership, Team Management, and Supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of Insurance Broking, Life Insurance, and General Insurance policies
  • Experience in Strategy Development, Market Research, and Risk Analysis
  • Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Attention to detail and Compliance Management skills
  • Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and manage a team effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
