Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Sourcing and Management Executive. The executive will oversee procurement activities, ensure optimal inventory by sourcing materials, negotiate contracts, and maintain effective relationships with vendors. Additionally, the role involves developing sourcing strategies, recruiting supplier networks, and managing communication with key stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, optimize sourcing strategies, and monitor procurement performance
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal teams
  • Experience in Contract Negotiation to secure favorable terms with suppliers and vendors
  • Procurement expertise to manage sourcing operations and ensure timely material availability
  • Recruiting skills to identify and onboard suitable suppliers and build long-term vendor relationships
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools and software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
