Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident and result-oriented Female Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling, with prior experience in the real estate industry being a strong advantage.

Location -Bhubaneswar

Experience -Minimum 2.5 years

Salary -1.44 LPA - 2.4 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound inquiries.

Explain real estate project details, pricing, and offers to customers.

Schedule and confirm site visits with prospective buyers.

Maintain and update the customer database regularly.

Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience in telecalling or customer service.

Experience in real estate telecalling will be a strong advantage.

Excellent communication and persuasive skills.

Good command of English, Hindi, and Odia (preferred).

Ability to handle customer queries professionally and confidently.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).

Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
