Position Summary: DM Ranker is seeking two highly motivated and articulate Telecallers to join our vibrant lead generation and customer engagement team. As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for many potential clients, playing a pivotal role in creating a positive initial impression and identifying prospective businesses that can benefit from our comprehensive suite of digital marketing services. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective clients from provided lists and databases.
- Service Introduction: Clearly and concisely introduce DM Ranker's range of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and web design, effectively communicating our value proposition.
- Lead Qualification: Engage prospects in conversations to understand their current digital marketing challenges, needs, and goals, thereby qualifying them as potential leads for our sales team.
- Information Gathering: Accurately collect and record essential information about prospects, including contact details, business size, industry, and specific marketing interests.
- Appointment Setting: Successfully schedule appointments or detailed follow-up calls for our SEO Sales Experts with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handover process.
- Relationship Building: Initiate rapport and build a positive foundation for potential client relationships during initial contact.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with precise and timely notes on all calls, interactions, and lead statuses.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience (1-3 years) in a Telecaller, Telemarketer, Customer Service Representative, or similar outbound calling role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, engaging, and professional phone presence. Ability to listen actively and articulate information effectively.
