
HR Intern

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, coordination).
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Assist with employee engagement activities, surveys, and HR events.
Provide support in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and other HR documentation.
Help with performance management and training initiatives.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related tasks.
Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing/completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: ₹8, ₹10,000.00 per month
