Admin Asst Process Trainee IND

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily administrative tasks, including calendar management, travel management and expense submission.
- Support the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain and update organization charts, distribution lists, and inventory.
- Collaborate with other team members and act as a backup
- Collaborate with business partners and help in building a culture across locations.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop administrative skills.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Preferred qualifications
- Graduate/Post Graduate or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
