Role Overview:-
We are seeking a Talent Transformation Lead to drive large-scale transformation across the organization with a focus on culture, sales/pre-sales capability, and delivery team excellence. •Repurpose existing talent pools for future capabilities aligned to platforms, AI, and next-gen services.
2.Learning & Development (L&D) Focus
•Conceive and execute structured L&D programs for capability building.
•Develop a training blueprint including certifications, vendor partnerships (Microsoft and others), and timelines.

Qualifications & Experience:-
