Job Overview

We are seeking a Principal with IGCSE/ CB School experience to join our team. This full-time, mid-level position is located in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of professional experience. The role requires a dynamic leader with essential skills in educational leadership, curriculum development, and student performance analysis. The successful candidate will drive innovation and inspire learning within the educational institutions we collaborate with.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Atleast 3 to 5 years of Leadership Experience in IGCSE/CB school
  • Strong educational leadership skills to drive vision and innovation within the school environment (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven experience in curriculum development, ensuring content is engaging and aligns with educational standards (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in student performance analysis to track progress and inform educational strategies (Mandatory skill).
  • Knowledge in instructional design to create impactful learning experiences tailored to diverse student needs.
  • Experience in faculty development, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Proficiency in integrating educational technology to enhance teaching and learning processes.
  • Understanding of school accreditation processes to maintain and elevate institutional standards.
  • Competence in budget management to effectively allocate resources for educational programs.
