Candidates with an experience to sell Financial Products or Professional services are preferred. Freshers with a flare to sell are also invited to apply.
Responsibilities:
· Identify customers from online leads and maintain database in CRM.
· Periodical follow-ups until lead conversion.
· Understand and evaluate customers' needs and offer various financial products from our portfolio.
· Provide in-depth details of the financial product to boost customer confidence.
· Evaluate prospect requirements of clients and determine qualified leads generated through online efficient networking.
· Coordinate with other departments to maintain efficiency on all sales procedures and activities.
· Allocate Relationship Manager on client acquisition.
· Encourage team members and work together to accomplish company's objective.
· Display effective time management skills with the assistance of software and technology provided by the company.
· Achieve and aim to exceed assigned targets.
· Share valuable feedback to the management to improve and introduce more financial products to the customer.
Requirements and Skills:
· Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
· Effective written and oral communication skills.
· Listening skills and team management.
· Confidence and persuasive skills.
· Excel in business acumen and situational knowledge.
· Knowledge of financial services like budgeting, savings and investments will be an added advantage.
· Proficient in Office 365 especially Excel and Powerpoint.
· Experience in CRM platforms (Zoho Preferred).
Leadership Qualities: Manager
· Be a Team player and motivator.
· Should have strategic and critical thinking skills.
· Effective people management skills.
· Brainstorm with the management for innovative ideas and implementation
· Exceed targets to achieve company's long-term goals.
