Position Overview:
We invite applications for Professors, Associate Professors, Assistant Professors, and Senior Residents in Anesthesiology. The role involves perioperative anesthesia care, critical care management, pain medicine, and academic teaching.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide anesthesia services for major and minor surgeries across specialties including general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics & gynaecology, ENT, and super-specialties.
Manage ICUs and critical care units, including ventilatory support, invasive monitoring, and emergency resuscitations.
Deliver expertise in regional, general, and spinal anesthesia techniques.
Train MBBS students, residents, and interns in anesthesia protocols, pain management, and perioperative care.
Supervise and participate in OT management, PAC evaluations, and post-anesthesia recovery care.
Contribute to academic sessions, CMEs, research, and departmental development.
Ensure compliance with NMC norms, NABH standards, and hospital safety protocols.
Eligibility:
Qualification: MD/DNB in Anesthesiology from a recognized institution.
Experience: As per NMC norms for faculty; postgraduates eligible for Senior Resident.
Skills: Proficiency in anesthesia techniques, ICU management, teaching aptitude, and crisis-handling skills.
