We are looking for experienced FileNet - Lead support Specialist to join our various customer location with hybrid work options. The ideal candidate will have 5+ The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in IBM Filenet, with skills in IBM Datacap and Blue Prism. This role involves supporting and enhancing enterprise content management and automation solutions as part of our AMS delivery. Requirements
- Candidates must possess 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience, with immediate availability preferred.
- Serve as the technical expert for IBM FileNet, responsible for installation, configuration, customization, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to design and implement FileNet-based enterprise content management solutions.
- Manage the setup, configuration, and support of IBM Data cap for document capture and processing.
- Act as a subject matter expert to streamline document digitization and automation workflows.
- Develop, deploy, and support automation solutions using Blue Prism to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with business users to identify automation opportunities and implement scalable RPA workflows.
- Provide end-to-end support and maintenance for enterprise content management applications, including FileNet, Data cap, and Blue Prism.
- Ensure reliable service delivery in accordance with ITIL and AMS best practices.
- Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for IBM FileNet-based applications.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to IBM FileNet, IBM Datacap, and Blue Prism platforms.
- Participate in enhancement projects, system upgrades, and performance tuning activities.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and AMS best practices.
- Develop, customize, and optimize workflows and automation solutions.
- Document technical configurations, procedures, and support activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams for seamless delivery and issue resolution.
