About the Role:

We are seeking Incoming Quality Engineer to ensure that all materials, arriving at our facility meet defined quality requirements and support smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and verify all incoming materials as per quality standards.
  • Identify defects and handle non-conforming materials (hold/reject).
  • Maintain incoming inspection reports and quality records.
  • Conduct supplier audits and monitor supplier performance.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and corrective actions (CAPA).
  • Work with Purchase, Stores, and Production to resolve material issues.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in incoming or supplier quality.
  • Knowledge of QMS, ISO standards, and sampling/inspection methods.
  • Good analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and quality tools.
