*Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive
Store Incharge*
to efficiently manage our inventory and store operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and record-keeping skills, a sound understanding of storekeeping procedures, and the ability to manage inventory through digital tools and computer applications.

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Supervise and manage day-to-day store operations.
• Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials and goods.
• Issue materials to various departments/workshops as per approved requisitions.
• Maintain accurate inventory records—both in physical registers and computer systems (Excel/ERP).
• Conduct periodic stock verification, cycle counts, and audits to ensure accuracy.
• Prevent and report any loss, theft, or damage of goods.
• Coordinate with the Purchase and Accounts departments for material requirements, documentation, and bill processing.
• Ensure systematic storage, proper labeling, and safety of all materials.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly stock and consumption reports.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with all safety norms within the store premises.

*Requirements:*

• Minimum Graduate (any discipline).
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, email; ERP knowledge preferred).
• Prior experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
• Candidates from North Bengal will be given preference.
