The National Industries Research and Development Council (NIRDC) is a prestigious platform aimed at promoting industrial development in various sectors, focusing particularly on Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME), Food Processing, Fisheries, and Agriculture industries. Supported by key ministries such as the Ministry of MSME, Ministry of Food Processing Industries (MOFPI), Ministry of Fisheries, and Ministry of Agriculture, NIRDC plays a crucial role in increasing public awareness and providing guidance on grants, schemes, and support mechanisms designed to foster industrial growth and entrepreneurship in these key sectors.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a PHP Developer and Flutter Developer located in Bengaluru. The candidate will be responsible for developing back-end web applications, creating object-oriented programming (OOP) structures, and designing front-end user interfaces. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality software solutions. You will also be tasked with maintaining existing software applications and ensuring optimal performance through continuous testing and updates.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Programming
  • Strong skills in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Software Development
  • Experience in Front-End Development and creating user-friendly interfaces
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience working with PHP and Flutter is highly desirable
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and current technologies in software development
