About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with excellent communication skills to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and more to drive user acquisition, engagement, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute ROI-focused paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to improve performance (CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Develop and test new creative strategies to increase engagement and conversion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, product) to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, etc.) to generate insights and prepare performance reports.
  • Manage budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal spend and scale.
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in running paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, GA4, and performance dashboards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and funnel analysis.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Immediate joiner or available to join within 15 days preferred.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in B2B and/or D2C performance marketing.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with tools like Looker Studio, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
