Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and commercially strong Senior Manager – B2B Corporate Gifting to own the end-to-end product and business lifecycle for this vertical. The role blends product development, sourcing, costing, and B2B client understanding to convert ideas into scalable, profitable corporate gifting solutions.
About Us
We are a 50+ year-old vertically integrated textile company and one of the biggest weavers and exporters of Linen Fabrics and Scarves in India. Our Mumbai-based office has in-house merchandisers, designers and agent relations across the world that keep us updated on the latest trends and allows us to supply brands like Ralph Lauren, Tommy Hilfiger, Zara and Bed Bath & Beyond. Additionally, we supply premium Linen apparel fabrics through our dealer network to 1000+ retail outlets across India. Vestio is our new sustainable, model factory that melds sustainable manufacturing with artisanal production by bringing together the art of hand screen printing with state-of-the art machinery using renewable resources under one roof. The ground floor is a full-blown wet processing mill, while the first floor consists of hand printing tables and stitching.
As part of our growth strategy, we are building a B2B Corporate Gifting vertical focused on thoughtfully designed, premium, and sustainable gift solutions for corporates in India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Development
- Define and build a structured product range across all gifting categories.
- Conceptualize curated gifting solutions including bundled gift sets and seasonal collections.
- Translate corporate gifting requirements into commercially viable products.
- Ensure alignment with sustainability and premium positioning.
Customer & Market Understanding
- Work closely with corporate clients to understand gifting needs, budgets, and branding requirements.
- Track trends in corporate gifting, lifestyle accessories, and sustainable products.
Sourcing & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with internal manufacturing units and external vendors.
- Build and manage supplier relationships for materials, finishes, and packaging.
Costing & Commercials
- Own product costing including materials, processing, packaging, and logistics.
- Develop scalable pricing structures while protecting margins.
Sales Enablement & Execution
- Support sales teams with catalogs, samples, and presentations.
- Participate in key client meetings.
- Oversee sampling, approvals, production handover, and delivery timelines.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in product development, merchandising, sourcing, or corporate gifting.
- Strong exposure to textile accessories, lifestyle products, or gifting-led categories.
Prior experience with B2B / corporate clients and strong sales networks is mandatory.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Textiles, Fashion, Design, or Business.
