Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Social Media Calendar Management:

- Plan and organize the social media calendar at least one week in advance for the upcoming month.

- Ensure timely execution of content plans in line with marketing strategies.

  1. Office Space Creatives & Content Development:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and develop various office space creatives for promotional campaigns.

- Provide engaging and relevant content to accompany all creatives.

  1. Content Creation & Collaboration:

- Work closely with the team to generate appropriate content for all digital marketing initiatives.

- Capture high-quality photos and videos during events or showcasing amenities to be used in reels and other marketing materials.

  1. Design & Video Production:

- Utilize Canva to create visually appealing videos and posts as outlined in the social media calendar.

- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

  1. Approval Coordination & Revisions:

- Coordinate with Reshma Madam for content approvals.

- Implement any required changes promptly and efficiently.

  1. Analytics & Reporting:

- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics.

- Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.

  1. SEO & Hashtag Strategy:

- Implement SEO best practices in content creation.

- Research and incorporate effective hashtags to maximize reach and engagement.

  1. Trend Monitoring & Adaptation:

- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and incorporate relevant strategies into the content plan.

- Adapt content strategies based on the changing digital landscape.

  1. Audience Engagement:

- Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages to build community and enhance brand presence.

- Identify opportunities for interaction and lead generation through social media platforms.

  1. Event Promotion & Coverage:

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns for upcoming events.

- Ensure timely coverage of events through live posts, stories, and updates.

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline with a certification in Digital Marketing

Key Skills
:

· Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with
Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

· Experience in
SEO, SEM, and performance marketing campaigns
.

· Creative content writing & social media strategy skills.

· Proficiency in Windows, MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

· Fluency in
English, Hindi & Marathi
.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

· Knowledge of AI tools.

Added Advantage:

Previous experience in
commercial spaces, IT Parks or co-working sectors.
