  • Expertise in building documentation, process flows, design docs
  • Ability to mentor teams, lead client interactions & deliver high-quality solutions
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile/Scrum & enterprise architecture practices

Mandatory Skills

  • 8+ years
    as
    ServiceNow Architect / Senior Developer
  • 3+ years
    architecting & implementing ServiceNow solutions
  • Hands-on experience in
    at least 2 modules

  • ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, Event, Demand, PPM, HRSD, FSM, CSM
  • Strong proficiency in:
  • ITSM / ITOM / SPM
  • Custom apps, workflows, integrations
  • JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Scripting
  • Integration expertise:
    REST / SOAP
  • Experience with: Service Portal, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Workspaces
  • Instance clone & upgrades
  • Strong understanding of
    platform administration, UI, security
  • Must be able to lead architecture, define scope, run PoCs & review code
  • ServiceNow Certifications:
    CSA/CAD/CIS (ITSM / Discovery / CSM / FSM etc.)

TM Forum API integrations

CI/CD, DevOps experience

API platform knowledge (TARDIS or similar)
