Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecaller cum Customer Relationship Manager to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing client relationships, following up with potential customers, and supporting real estate agents with regular updates and coordination. The role also includes follow-up support for recruitment agents through a job portal.

  • Key Responsibilities:Telecalling & Lead Management:Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and tenants.
  • Handle inbound customer queries related to property listings, pricing, site visits, etc.
  • Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and online portals.
  • Maintain and update CRM database with customer interactions and feedback.
  • Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate property site visits and ensure a smooth experience for the client.
  • Act as the point of contact between clients and sales teams for post-visit follow-ups.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Agent Follow-ups (Job Portal Support):Coordinate with recruitment or real estate agents registered on the job portal.
  • Follow up with agents to ensure timely job updates, profile submissions, and activity tracking.
  • Assist agents in understanding and utilizing the portal features effectively.
  • Maintain regular communication with agents to support recruitment activities or property listings.
