Role & responsibilities

Induction and Sales Development

  • Manage induction and sales development meetings

  • Invite new sales persons to join our organization

  • Conduct site visits and field training

Customer Relations

  • Manage customer relationships and communication

  • Provide documentation and legal assistance to customers

  • Finalize customer deals and ensure timely payment

Marketing Support

  • Provide marketing support to the marketing team

  • Manage social media accounts and maintain a strong online presence

  • Coordinate with the sales team for sales and after-sales support

Data Management and Reporting

  • Manage database of customers and sales performance

  • Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and other relevant metrics

Sales and Customer Support

  • Follow up on leads received from front office, CMD, and digital marketing

  • Attend to potential customers and understand their requirements

  • Present available open plots to potential customers and explain venture features and benefits

  • Maintain a database of customers and follow up with them regularly

  • Mobilize advance payment from customers and follow up on balance payment

  • Help customers facilitate registration and attend site meetings and in-house meetings

Preferred candidate profile

2+ years of experience in customer relations, sales development, and marketing support

  • Masters Degree with post-graduation in a relevant field

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances

  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing strategies
