  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of Chinese dishes (e.g., stir-fry, dim sum, soups, noodles, fried rice, etc.).
  • Follow standard recipes and presentation guidelines to maintain consistency.
  • Ensure mise-en-place is prepared and organized before service time.
  • Assist in receiving and proper storage of ingredients specific to Chinese cuisine.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workstation as per HACCP standards.
  • Ensure the proper use and care of kitchen equipment used in Chinese cooking (e.g., wok burners, steamers, knives).
  • Follow instructions from Chef de Partie or Sous Chef regarding food preparation and service.
  • Minimize food wastage through proper portion control and handling.
  • Report any equipment malfunction or food safety concern to supervisors immediately.
  • Cooperate with other sections of the kitchen and support teamwork.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
