Grow Medico is a healthcare-focused performance marketing agency helping clinics and hospitals grow through data-driven marketing, brand building, and operations.

Role Summary

You'll research, write, and repurpose high-quality content for healthcare brands (dermatology, hair, ayurveda, diagnostics, slimming, dental, etc.). The goal: drive awareness, trust, and conversions across web, social, ads, and email.

Key Responsibilities

  • Long-form: Blogs, service pages, case studies, landing page copy (SEO-driven, conversion-oriented).
  • Short-form: Social captions (IG/FB/LI), ad copies (Meta/Google), video scripts, reels hooks.
  • SEO & On-page: Keyword integration, H1–H3 structure, metadata, internal linking, FAQs.
  • Performance Collaboration: Partner with media buyers/designers to match copy with creative & funnel stage (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU).
  • Content Ops: Maintain content calendar, versioning, briefs, and SOPs; repurpose content across channels.
  • Research & Compliance: Fact-check medical topics, ensure accuracy, brand tone, and compliance with platform policies.
  • Analytics: Review content performance (CTR, dwell time, conversions) and iterate.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2+ years of hands-on content writing (agency or brand); portfolio required.
  • Strong grammar, clarity, and storytelling; ability to simplify medical topics.
  • Working knowledge of SEO writing (keywords, search intent, on-page basics).
  • Experience writing ad copies, landing pages, and social captions.
  • Comfort using briefs, style guides, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Good-to-Have

  • Healthcare domain exposure (derma, hair transplant, ayurveda, diagnostics).
  • Basic understanding of funnels, CRO, and performance metrics.
  • Experience with AI drafting tools (ChatGPT) for outlines/variants.
  • Familiarity with CMS (WordPress), Google Docs/Sheets, Grammarly, Surfer/Frase (or similar).
