Office Manager

Role Overview:
Responsible for managing daily office administration and coordinating with government departments and local authorities, for all permissions, approvals, and compliance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and documentation.
- Handle correspondence, scheduling meetings, travel arrangements
- Liaise with government offices, municipality / panchayat, electricity department, mining departments, and other departments.
- Maintain proper filing of documents and official communications.
- Prepare letters, applications, reports and presentations
Requirements:
- Post Graduate in any field (preferably management degree, logistics and infrastructure)
- From in and around Margao
- Knowledge of legal Procedures
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Knowledge of government procedures and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in Konkani, English and Hindi
- 5 – 7 years' experience in administrative work in mining and/or infrastructure, Logistics
- The candidate must have his/her own transport for local travel required for office-related work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
