Technical Trainer

We are looking for a Technical Trainer to join our team. The Training team's primary objective is to interact with our customers to deliver educational content that will help them use and be successful with our product. Previous experience with training content and presentation skills are required. Additionally, expertise with delivering technical training or coaching in the field of software is recommended. Up to 10% travel possible and working hours will occur during US Eastern Time Zone hours of 9am-5pm.

While Decisions is a no-code platform, it requires trainers to comprehend the intricacies of building complex, end-to- end web applications.

• Experience in teaching low-code/no-code software development
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server or any other relational database
• Moderate knowledge of any of the web development frameworks – Java/.NET/PHP
• Basic knowledge of UI development using HTML & knowledge of instructional design and e-learning content
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Proficiency with content development tools such as Articulate 360, OBS, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Clipchamp, Camtasia, or similar applications
• Proven experience in facilitating learning and applying adult education
• Proficient in effectively teaching complex technical concepts in classroom and virtual training sessions tailored for diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical
• Experience in developing multi-media content such as videos, presentations, and e-learning
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical
• Strong attention to detail and effective time management
• Dedication and passion towards teaching/coaching/mentoring
• Excellent verbal and written English communication
• Advanced English communication for collaboration with teams and clients in North America, Europe, and other parts of the world
• Proactive team player who takes initiative and independently manages assigned tasks, ensuring high quality and meticulous attention to detail

• Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in Computer Science or a related field
• 3 to 8 Year of experience in technical training, teaching skills, and content development expertise are encouraged to apply

As a Technical Trainer, you'll work with the technical training manager as part of our in-house training team

• Complete a 6-week training program on our platform, leading to build expertise in platform functionality, technical solutions, integrations, and application
• Create and deliver technical content such as presentations, videos, and manage and deliver training sessions, conduct assessments, evaluate submissions, and address learner queries for various audiences
• Stay updated on product advancements and deliver knowledge-sharing
• Use internal tools to maintain training infrastructure and develop automation
• Interpret technical documentation to create and deliver effective training sessions and self-paced
