Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Technical Trainer to join our growing internal Technical Training team. This is a critical and highly visibly position which will have extensive exposure to stakeholders across all segments. We are looking for passion, energy, and commitment in a dynamic, global, and fast-paced environment. The senior technical trainer is a collaborative, results focused individual with a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships. They are experienced in the delivery of impactful training programs. The successful candidate will demonstrate technical know-how, consulting skills, and ability to deliver effective learning solutions.
What you'll do
- You'll deliver high-impact technical learning experiences using a learner-centered approach, applying cognitive psychology principles to enhance how people learn.
- You'll lead and facilitate diverse training sessions, including classroom-based and remote learning, while evaluating their effectiveness through formal and informal techniques.
- You'll embrace and support the team's strategy for delivery excellence, clearly and confidently communicating ideas across the delivery team and technical training department.
- You'll collaborate with internal clients and senior team members, contributing innovative delivery solutions that add value and distinguish our content in the company and marketplace.
- You'll share knowledge and creative ideas with the wider team, continuously enhancing technical learning content and supporting a culture of innovation.

ABOUT YOU
- You have a minimum of 5 years of industry experience in a professional setting, along with 3–5 years of hands-on training experience.
- You demonstrate a strong ability to collaborate effectively with others and possess a genuine passion for learning and development.
- You excel at designing and delivering impactful learning experiences from start to finish, applying cognitive psychology principles to enhance how people learn.
- You are proficient in facilitating learning sessions, evaluating outcomes, and managing time efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- You are a dependable team player with a willingness to travel occasionally, including potential global assignments.
