Experience: 6-8 yrs

• Develop, enhance, and maintain automation test frameworks and write test cases using Cucumber, Playwright or Cypress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product managers to understand requirements.
• Design and implement test cases, test scripts, and test plans for UI and API testing.
• Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects for efficient debugging and resolution.
• Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for seamless automation integration.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools and industry trends, proposing innovative solutions to improve testing effectiveness.

Requirements

• (6 – 8 yrs)years of experience in automation testing, with a focus on web applications and API testing of backend systems.
• Experience in testing web applications using Cypress, Playwright or Cucumber.
• Experience in testing APIs of backend services using Python.
• Experience with REST API testing and tools like Postman or Swagger.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Familiarity with cloud environments and test data management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
