Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
  • Perform manual, regression, functional, UI/UX, and API testing. Build and enhance automation frameworks using Selenium / Appium / Playwright.
  • Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitHub Actions).
  • Conduct cross-browser and device testing for web and mobile platforms.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using Jira / Bugzilla.
  • Perform API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
  • Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning and reviews.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best testing practices.

Preferred candidate profile

. strong experience in Software Quality Assurance, covering both manual and automation testing.

  • Proven hands-on experience in testing web and mobile applications (Android & iOS).
  • Prior experience in Agile/Scrum-based development environments.

Technical Expertise

  • • Proficient in Automation Testing using Selenium / Appium / Playwright / Cypress.
  • • Good knowledge of API Testing (Postman, REST Assured).
  • • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
  • • Understanding of software architecture, backend integration, and database testing (SQL).
  • • Experience with bug tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla) and test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr).
