About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Associate Customer Success Manager / Customer Advocate to support our long-tail enterprise customers. This entry-to-mid-level role is perfect for someone eager to grow in the customer success field while making a meaningful impact on customer experience and retention. You will assist in managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring customers are set up for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Customer Success Team in India in managing a global long-tail of accounts.
  • Conduct data-based health checks, periodic check-ins with customers.
  • Monitor customer usage and value indicators, flagging risks and opportunities.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Be a customer champion and advocate.
  • Help build and maintain knowledge base articles and customer resources.
  • Assist in creating scalable engagement programs for low-touch accounts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Comfortable adapting to a fast-paced technical environment.
  • Minimum 3years of experience in customer-facing roles (support, success, or sales).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce and customer success tools like Gainsight)

  • Eager to learn and grow in the customer success domain.
  • Team player with a customer-first mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, remote environment.
