We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making within the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Excel (especially VLOOKUP & Pivot Tables), Zoho Analytics, and Power BI to analyze business performance, generate dashboards, and provide actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics and Power BI.
  • Use Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and advanced formulas to process and interpret data.
  • Understand business objectives and translate them into data insights and recommendations.
  • Support process improvements by identifying trends, gaps, and areas of optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, etc.) to gather requirements and present insights.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist in creating SOPs, documentation, and data workflow charts as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Cleaning & Validation).
  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Analytics and Power BI for dashboard creation/report building.
  • Basic understanding of SQL is an advantage (not mandatory).
  • Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred / Optional:

  • Knowledge of CRM & Business Tools (Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Experience in generating business insights in Sales, Operations, or Marketing domains.
