Job Objective:

To supervise and ensure smooth production operations by managing resources, maintaining quality standards, and driving efficiency through effective planning, team coordination, and adherence to safety and ISO procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with co-workers and subordinates.
• Carry out daily production plan (assembly & packing).
• Responsible for 5's' & smooth production.
• Make ensure the availability of raw materials, tools, and jigs/fixtures for the upcoming next day plan.
• Report daily attendance and production.
• Responding to emergencies.
• Responsible to managing stock of spare parts and equipment.
• Keeping records of faults & repairs and part of new machinaires & process set-up.
• Defining needed human and material resources.
• ISO documentations.
• Plan vs actual analysis.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety procedures.
• Update departmental boards and instruction.
• Must be able to verify the quality of the part and products after training.

Job Specifications:

• Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical)
• Minimum 03 years of experience of supervision with assembly process.
• Good communication and leadership skills
• High working capacity with multitasking.
