Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Bellary. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, execute sales strategies, and achieve sales targets within the assigned region. Key responsibilities include managing a sales team, developing customer relationships, conducting market analysis, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for training and mentoring team members, monitoring sales performance, and reporting to senior management.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales management, sales strategy, and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities
- Excellent customer relationship management and customer service skills
- Ability to conduct market analysis and develop effective sales plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Bellary
- Experience in the agriculture or agri-inputs industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
